Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own product analytics end-to-end; instrument dashboards across Heap, Contentsquare, Amplitude.
• Design and run the customer feedback loop; synthesize input into roadmaps.
• Centralize the product roadmap; provide visibility and planning cycles.
• Keep toolstack functional; govern Productboard and Jira.
• Build and maintain internal AI agents; automate PM workflows.
• Collaborate with the Global Product org to accelerate decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, TPM, or PM in SaaS.
• Proven track record building a system or process from scratch.
• Technical background: engineering, CS, or builder-track PM.
• Experience reading data models and discussing architecture with engineers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and autonomous execution.
