Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build customer feedback channels, usage/satisfaction measures, and turn data into roadmap input.
• Build dashboards for exec, support, and engineering with automated self-checks.
• Own the bug database, triage, severity levels, and drive resolution of top customer issues.
• Define and ship in-product quality-of-service measures and plan security fixes into roadmap.
• Define release criteria, sign-off owners, rollback triggers, and own feature flags and release
• Run operating rhythms across tools, escalate appropriately, and measure execution metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in product operations, product management, technical program management, or release
• Active SECRET clearance or higher
• Track record of building 0→1 processes and scaling them
• Strong data skills: SQL or similar, dashboards, product analytics
• Hands-on AI experience with prompts, agents, and automations
