• Lead automation transformation for Partner Ops in Core Banking
• Map and optimize current workflows (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting)
• Build AI-enabled automation layer using AI tools, LLMs, and workflows
• Ensure data movement and API integration with data integrity
• Manage interim ops: invoicing, reconciliations, governance logs
• Collaborate with Product & Tech to integrate automated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Automation-first thinker; automate repetitive tasks via scripts or prompts
• Deep Ops IQ: reconciliations, invoicing, governance, data flows
• Experience implementing LLMs or automation tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make)
• Meticulous with data; spot small errors in large datasets
• Builder mindset; deliver scalable automation, not just maintenance
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Tech teams
