🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product ops, technical account management, customer success, or product management
Experience with enterprise software integrations and multi-stakeholder projects
Strong SaaS business model understanding
Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery and Confluence
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows
Willingness to travel 15-20% annually
