📋 Description

• Facilitate the launch and adoption of new products and systems that empower our business to scale.
• Lead post-launch support, analyze feedback, and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding upcoming launches, known issues, and key
• Help build systems to connect various regulatory, manufacturing, and operations systems to enable
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and build automated systems that support training

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations
• BA/BS degree in related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
• Experience in managing large product rollouts, including aligning operational priorities
• Proven track record working with large datasets, SQL, and database integrations to automate
• Experience identifying business needs, and then defining, and building technical solutions to
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with
