Product Operations Manager, Tooling & Automation

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows across Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and
• Productionize existing prototype automations and emerging AI agent capabilities into monitored
• Develop real-time integrations and data pipelines that connect portfolio strategy (OKRs, Programs)
• Implement automated health checks, dependency monitoring, and status rollup systems that reduce
• Create reusable automation templates and self-service patterns that enable PMs and cross-functional
• Build automated data quality enforcement to prevent incomplete or incorrect data from entering

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, operations
• Hands-on proficiency with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Jira Automation, n8n, Zapier) and
• Working knowledge of API-driven development, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ecosystem; familiarity with Jira Product Discovery
• Comfort with AI and LLM-based tooling or willingness to develop this capability quickly.
• Strong data quality, monitoring, and automated testing fundamentals.
