📋 Description

• Own end-to-end testing and support for product areas
• Design and maintain testing plans, regression suites, QA checklists
• Define go/no-go criteria for releases with PM/TPM/Eng
• Own tier-one triage workflows and issue routing
• Monitor and report key support metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare setting
• Owns operational excellence for defined product areas
• Prioritize testing and support by risk/impact
• Communicates patterns/insights clearly
• Familiar with regression/feature testing frameworks
• Remote/virtual work capable and self-motivated
