Product Operations Specialist | Bill Pay

📋 Description

• Own the voice-of-customer loop for Bill Pay; capture and prioritize feedback.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate feedback into requirements.
• Own launch operations for new Bill Pay features from Alpha to GA.
• Ship UX improvements using AI; own backlog of friction reduction.
• Use AI to automate processes and speed up shipping with quality.
• Build scalable release/enabling systems across Bill Pay workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product ops/PM or customer analytics for B2B SaaS; payments/fintech preferred
• Data-driven sizing of opportunities, adoption, trends, and payment flow
• Translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and processes
• Comfort navigating ambiguous, technical spaces; drive clarity across stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication; bias to ship
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate work
