Product Operations Specialist – CPQ Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate market rollouts for Programme Kilimanjaro with regional hubs.
• Maintain a single view of rollout status, risks, and milestones.
• Build market readiness checklists; ensure go-live criteria.
• Run governance forums; capture decisions and actions.
• Track hypercare post go-live and handover to BAU.
• Manage CPQ catalogue, SKU creation, validation and lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Product Ops, Programme Mgmt, PM, or BA in software.
• Experience supporting multi-market product rollouts.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and Agile.
• Strong analytical skills; define KPIs and metrics.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear messaging.
• Familiarity with CPQ systems and pricing tooling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
