📋 Description

• Own day-to-day risk and fraud case resolution for HELOCs.
• Review alerts, monitor transactions, verify identity, and investigate fraud.
• Communicate with borrowers to confirm activity; escalate as needed.
• Manage high-volume cases within established SLAs.
• Cross-train on post-approval HELOC operations (closing, booking, disputes).
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's in Business/Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years in payment ops, monitoring, fraud, or risk ops.
• Hands-on fraud alerts review and dispute investigations.
• Proficiency in CRM and case management systems; strong communication.
• Able to identify automation opportunities and partner with Eng/Product.
