Product Operations Specialist | Travel

📋 Description

• Own the voice-of-customer loop for Travel by systematically capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback and operational
• Build product analytics and use data to identify opportunities to improve adoption, booking
• Own launch operations for new Travel features, from alpha through general availability, including
• Directly ship product improvements, including UX fixes and operational tooling, using AI and
• Design and improve scalable operating systems for issue escalation, incident management, release

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to size opportunities, assess product
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into clear product
• Track record of investigating root causes and developing durable solutions to recurring customer or
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and technically complex environments, with the ability to create
