Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own and prioritise the development team backlog to ensure high-value delivery
• Write, refine, and prioritise epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Act as the voice of the customer, representing dealer and end-user needs in backlog decisions
• Collaborate with the development team during Iteration Planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Accept completed user stories against the Definition of Done
• Work with the Product Manager to align the team backlog to the wider product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Product Owner role within Scaled Agile
• Proven ability to write clear, concise epics and user stories
• Strong communication skills, comfortable representing the customer view to engineering and to the
• Ability to read data and use it to make prioritisation calls
• Familiarity with customer-centric product development
• Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to support product work and willing to grow into hands-on
