📋 Description

• Translate strategy into epics, requirements, and deliverables for product and engineering teams.
• Understand business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize impact.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery, managing risks and blockers.
• Analyze data, user journeys, edge cases, and requirements to find opportunities.
• Write clear requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for ship-ready features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager, fintech/crypto/payments preferred.
• Strong crypto product understanding: wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards, trading.
• Business analysis: requirements, user flows, data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance, & Business teams.
• Excellent prioritization, ownership, and communication in English.
