📋 Description

• Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing enterprise features, enhancements
• Serve as the voice of the customer and primary liaison between business users, IT teams, Salesforce
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, data
• Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, technical
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, testers, solution architects, and
• Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing while ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, including
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including tools such as Jira and
• Experience leading large teams and coordinating across 7 or more projects simultaneously, with the
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex
• Ability to independently facilitate and lead development meetings, technical deep dives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather information, evaluate
