📋 Description

• Translate high-level product strategy and roadmaps into epics, requirements, initiatives, and
• Understand context behind initiatives: business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, regulatory
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, challenge scope, remove low-value work.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery, monitor timelines, identify risks, ensure on-time
• Conduct business/product analysis using data, user journeys, edge cases, and requirements.
• Write clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation to ship solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager, fintech/crypto/payments environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of crypto products and infrastructure (wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, user-flow analysis, data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Experience working across Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business functions.
• Strong execution, prioritization, and ability to turn objectives into measurable plans.
