Lead and mentor a team of VMware engineers within the POD structure.
Manage people performance and support professional development within the team.
Define VMware product vision and strategy with focus on automation, reliability, and scale.
Design/deploy/manage VMware tech (vSphere, vCenter, vROPS, vRO, vRLI, vRLCM).
Oversee day-to-day ops, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in a hybrid setup.
Drive automation using PowerCLI, Python, Ansible, and vRO workflows.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years IT experience in large-scale infrastructure.
12+ years in distributed systems (Linux/Windows, HA, server hardware).
Experience managing VMware products (vSphere, vCenter) in financial services.
Strong automation delivery in large-scale virtualization.
Deep networking and storage knowledge for distributed systems/VMware.
Leadership, Agile/SRE practices, and excellent communication.
