📋 Description

• Own Options product area end-to-end; primary PO for options trading.
• Drive discovery with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and design.
• Define/monitor metrics: adoption, engagement, trading activity, revenue.
• Lead delivery from concept to release; ensure clear requirements and alignment.
• Collaborate on AI adoption and evolving product practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM in fintech/brokerage/trading
• Proven end-to-end product ownership with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical mindset; metrics frameworks; data-informed decisions
• Experience in product discovery, user research, experiments
• Excellent communication; stakeholder mgmt; independent
• Collaborative with engineering in Agile; translate problems
• High AI proficiency; MVPs, dashboards, automate workflows
• Fluent English and Russian
