Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own the team backlog for a Fusion product area; collaborate with PMs, Eng, UX/UI, and customers.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, internal LLMs) to accelerate product lifecycle.
• Represent customer voice with data and AI-assisted analysis of feedback.
• Lead product planning and delivery; manage PI/Iteration planning and backlog with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/Agile roles (B2B SaaS).
• Backlog management, writing user stories; Scrum/Kanban/SAFe experience.
• Proven AI usage (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research and stakeholder comms.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Technical fluency to discuss solutions with engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or Engineering; fluent English.
