📋 Description

• Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned Scrum teams, ensuring priorities are clear
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and translate client feedback, business needs, and product
• Integrate AI tools into everyday product workflows to draft and improve user stories, synthesize
• Evaluate incoming client escalations, assess their urgency and business impact, and balance
• Partner with product leadership and product design to define roadmap priorities, communicate
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineers to maintain

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent product management role, with
• Demonstrated experience working on business-to-business software products, with an understanding of
• Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in product-related work, supported by concrete examples such as
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices, backlog refinement, user story creation
• Ability to evaluate competing requests, assess business and customer impact, prioritize development
• Strong listening and discovery skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges, manage
