Product Owner

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into feature requirements.
• Collaborate with Eng, UX, and QA to refine requirements for development.
• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring priorities align with objectives.
• Write epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning with Eng.
• Work with developers during implementation to clarify requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Owner/PM/BA or similar supporting Agile software teams.
• Strong technical aptitude: APIs, data flows, configurations, permissions, integrations.
• Experience with SaaS, preferably B2B, in software.
• Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog in Agile.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
