Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own roadmap and backlog for internal billing and sender payments.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Data Science, Ops, and Eng to build scalable billing solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Drive decisions using data; measure feature impact.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (UPS and vendors).
• Develop reporting to monitor billing accuracy, platform health, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or business systems.
• Experience with billing, payments, invoicing, finance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience translating complex business needs into product requirements for technical teams.
• Familiarity with relational databases and understanding how systems work behind the scenes.
• Experience with Jira or similar product management tools.
