Product Owner

📋 Description

• Translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, initiatives, and deliverables for
• Maintain context behind initiatives: business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, regulatory
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; remove low-value work
• Drive execution from planning to delivery; monitor timelines, risks, blockers
• Analyze data, user journeys, edge cases, and requirements to identify opportunities
• Write clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/Manager role (fintech, crypto, payments preferred)
• Strong understanding of crypto products and infra (wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards, trading)
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, user-flow analysis, data-informed decisions
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools a plus
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business units
• Strong prioritization and decision-making based on impact
