📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and tech teams to align goals.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Define requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Support UAT, testing, and end-user training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Analysis, Finance, or IS.
• 8+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of CCM platforms.
• Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor tech.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs.
• SDLC knowledge; Agile experience; Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
