Product Owner, AI & AWS Delivery

📋 Description

• Act as a thought leader for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the
• Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery, including reviewing the
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the
• Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation of business
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
