Product Owner, AI & AWS Delivery

📋 Description

• Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner
• Act as a thought leader for customers, guiding definition of use cases and business outcomes
• Smoothly transition customers from sales process to project delivery, including reviewing SOW
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for client and operational aspects
• Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementation on Salesforce or AWS
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in professional services/consulting environment
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
