Product Owner (Canada)

📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area, writing clear user stories and
• Partner daily with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle — refinement, sprint
• Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and the intended customer or business
• Gather and synthesize input from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform backlog
• Track and report on sprint and release progress, velocity, and delivery metrics, proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related agile
• Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog and sprint
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction and customer needs into clear, actionable
• Experience partnering directly with engineering teams, with comfort leading technical discussions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in requirements definition

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $71,250 - $95,000 CAD per year.
