Product Owner/Design Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid ownership role for product outcomes end-to-end
• Combine UX/UI design with product ownership and delivery management
• Work in small teams with engineers to define problems and plan delivery
• Own all aspects of what ships and its live performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
• Experience leading product delivery end-to-end (Product Owner or similar)
• Proactive in experimenting with AI tools to drive efficiency
• Proficient in Figma, including UI libraries and design systems
• UX/UI fundamentals with user-centred approach
• Experience designing web and/or mobile applications
