📋 Description

• Create clarity for healthcare requirements into actionable paths for engineering and design.
• Own and refine the backlog with user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Lead daily Agile ceremonies: planning, sprint, standups, retrospectives.
• Translate strategy and feedback into actionable technical requirements.
• Build trust across cross-functional teams as a high-EQ connector.
• Manage feature delivery timelines and release schedules for velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Senior Business Analyst delivering software features.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), story writing, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborative mindset; effective communication; ability to manage challenges with equanimity.
• Proven ability to write clear release notes and how-to guides for feature launches.
• Experience with 3rd-party API integrations; understanding backend vs frontend concepts (coding not required).
• CSPO or equivalent Agile delivery certification.
