Product Owner (Expert Product Manager)

📋 Description

• Own the product's overall commercial performance, including P&L management, forecasting
• Define long-term vision, strategic roadmap, and backlog priorities to boost engagement, retention
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple execution tracks; align LiveOps, features, and
• Partner with project/product managers to validate roadmap feasibility and optimize resources for
• Monitor performance via data analysis, player behavior metrics, cohorts, and KPIs; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and leadership to set objectives and success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Game General Manager, or similar leadership in mobile
• Proven success in live ops and scaling mobile games; casual/farming/simulation/tycoon genres
• Experience owning product strategy, P&L, forecasting, and monetization initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct people management.
• Expertise in Agile development, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder
• Advanced analytical skills: player data, KPIs, cohorts, business metrics.
