Own the fintech product direction end to end, from concept to launch and scaling
Define the launch strategy for a new PSP product, including scope and rollout priorities
Build and defend a roadmap for product launch with focus on speed and impact
Lead product setup from zero, building internally or adapting for target markets
Prioritize features by commercial impact, payment conversion, and value
Drive payment metrics: approval rate, routing, and cascading logic

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in fintech
Proven experience launching a fintech or payment product from scratch
Strong understanding of payment performance and transaction optimization (AR, routing)
Strong understanding of checkout experience and conversion (user flow, friction)
Solid understanding of compliance and GEO adaptation (KYC/AML)
Experience working with external partners such as PSPs, banks, and antifraud providers
