📋 Description

• Own the product end-to-end: design, pricing, eligibility, journey.
• Analyze customer needs & market data to refine the product.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap; translate goals into requirements.
• Identify and launch new business lines and product variations.
• Scale issuance volumes and portfolio within budget and risk.
• Drive go-to-market via digital marketing and in-branch campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or related.
• 4+ years in product management, ownership, marketing or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of growing a product, channel or P&L.
• Experience owning marketing plans across digital and offline channels.
• Comfortable with data and analytics tools to track performance.
• Experience leading IT/digital development projects (Agile / product-owner is an advantage).
