📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business challenges
• Lead defined discovery, onboarding, stakeholder-interview, workshop, and business-validation
• Document business needs, user challenges, use cases, workflows, business rules, assumptions
• Evaluate proposed use cases for business value, readiness, alignment, adoption considerations, and
• Analyze discovery findings, user feedback, adoption indicators, product usage insights, and
• Translate validated needs and analysis into clear recommendations, requirements, workflows, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a
• Two or more years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product operations
• Experience engaging business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs
• Experience facilitating discovery, requirements-gathering, validation, user-testing, or
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, identify patterns, and translate
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management
