Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities
Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog
Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance
Work closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teams
Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities
Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role
Experience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment
Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another
Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support
Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
