• Collaborate across projects and continuous-improvement initiatives, ensuring business priorities
• Lead regulatory demands and strategic projects, particularly initiatives involving strict and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, Technology, or a
• Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally in product management, operations
• Solid understanding of the insurance lifecycle, from sales through claims settlement, with
• Proven experience managing projects and applying agile methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, Kanban
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and project-tracking tools.
