📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and clear development
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, technology, UX/UI, and operations teams.
• Lead product discovery sessions, backlog refinement, and alignment meetings with development teams.
• Monitor the development and implementation of new features, ensuring deliveries meet expectations
• Track product performance indicators, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within digital banks, fintechs, financial
• Knowledge of financial products such as cards, credit, payments, digital accounts, or acquiring
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, refining requirements, and writing user
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience collaborating across business, technology, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams.
