🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Solid understanding of AI, ML, Data Analytics, and/or RPA concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Act as translator between technical teams and business areas.
