📋 Description

• Own backlog prioritization and work readiness for an assigned Engineering Tools software
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and define product solutions.
• Translate AEC workflows into user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Identify assumptions, edge cases, integration challenges, and data impacts.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to align on priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, Agile delivery, software
• Experience supporting a software development team as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master
• Professional experience in architecture, engineering, or construction with practical understanding
• Proven ability to translate practitioner needs into user stories and testable requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Practical familiarity with Revit sufficient to understand user workflows.
