Product Owner (Support & Moderation Platform)

📋 Description

• Own the internal support and moderation platform end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, priorities
• Run one backlog for the helpdesk, chat, moderation, QA, and reporting tools, and decide what gets
• Collaborate with other products across the company to launch features together, improving the

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience owning a product end-to-end, accountable for outcomes, not just
• Have experience with internal, B2B, or operational tools.
• Have a solid understanding of support or moderation operations, including queues, SLAs, routing
• Have hands-on experience shipping AI or automation features and measuring their impact on quality
• Have strong prioritization skills and the business judgment to weigh development cost against
• Have the technical confidence to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and tech debt with engineers as
