Product Owner, Unified Communications Platform (UCP)

📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of a Unified Communications Platform spanning voice, SMS, WhatsApp and email
• Consolidate legacy systems, vendors, or integrations into a single strategic platform
• Lead large-scale migrations and decommission legacy platforms
• Create and communicate a compelling product roadmap
• Influence multiple product teams to consume shared services rather than building point solutions
• Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with experience in communications, platform, or integration products
• Track record delivering API or platform products at scale
• Experience working with cloud communications providers and messaging ecosystems
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional delivery
• Understanding of communications ecosystems such as Twilio or similar providers
