🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis.
• Translate business context into actionable outcomes with discovery activities.
• Strong background evaluating solution alternatives (existing tools vs. custom development).
• Autonomously transform complex business and process requirements into well-structured user stories.
• Experience managing UAT cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and driving adoption.
• Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support and continuous improvement.
