Serve as Medrio's primary ops contact for product partners (AG Mednet, ThoughtSphere, Pharmaseal)
Establish regular cadences with partners: monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, outcomes
Coordinate customer escalations: align internal/partner teams and communicate outcomes
Triage partner updates and API changes: assess impact on SSO, user mgmt, workflows
Drive GTM execution with Sales/Marketing/PS to represent partner products
Track partner-influenced deals with Sales/BD, monitor status

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in partner management or product operations
Bachelor's Degree required
SaaS or platform partnerships experience
Strong external relationship management skills
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (Sales/Marketing/Product/Engineering)
