Build platforms and systems that scale and perform well in production, not one-off features or
Ship in phases, working directly with internal and external customers to validate and iterate along
Weigh competing customer requests and make clear prioritization calls based on impact.
Work closely with product, design, forward deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams as a peer
Build the systems behind how customers buy, integrate, and use Baseten, across billing
