Product Policy Lead, Ads

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Policy teammates, cross-functional partners, executives and outside experts to
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on policy approaches
• Partner with Trust & Safety, Product, Sales and Engineering teams to provide policy guidance
• Leverage AI-powered tools and machine learning systems to scale policy enforcement, detect
• Mentor teammates and partner with the Senior Manager to set strategy for the team
• Facilitate and productively engage in complex policy discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in policy, law, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in trust & safety, ad or monetization policy development; brand
• Experience working with or alongside AI/ML systems in content moderation, trust & safety, or
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., policy drafting aids, data analysis tools) to increase
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
• Stellar communicator with strong verbal and written communication
