Product Policy - Youth Policy Manager

📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining policy frameworks for youth across OpenAI products.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, User Ops, Legal, Safety, Integrity, Research, Communications, and Global Affairs on youth needs.
• Translating policy into practice with standards, enforcement protocols, and escalation paths embedded in products.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage data and user feedback to inform policy work.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in youth technology, education, or AI-related youth experiences.
• Deep product experience partnering with technical teams to shape development.
• 4+ years in youth tech, trust/safety, policy, research, or education tech.
• Excellent communication with product managers, engineers, researchers, policy experts, and leaders.
• Ability to translate policy expertise into practical guidance for product leadership.
