Product Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through product launch
• Manage a high volume of commercial initiatives and bundles
• Communicate updates to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Drive planning, timelines, and risk mitigation with internal teams
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales
• Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of ownership, coordination, and execution experience
• Strong ownership, drive, and ability to align teams
• Ability to bring structure to chaos and break down complexity
• Clear, confident communication across stakeholders
• Curious, adaptable, resilient in ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
