📋 Description

• Partners with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver programs on schedule
• Maps dependencies across functions to optimize the system at scale
• Communicates clearly and simplifies complex topics
• Anticipates risks and develops proactive mitigation strategies
• Brings a strong product mindset to tie strategy to execution
• Develops program plans tailored to each initiative

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program/product management or business ops delivering software end-to-end
• Strong product/tech experience including product management or software engineering
• Proven track record shipping software at global scale
• Critical thinking to create bespoke program plans for each program
• Excellent verbal and written communication to simplify complex topics
• Proficient with program management tools like Airtable, Asana, Jira, Smartsheets
