Product Quality Assurance Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to set specs.
• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
• Train and mentor supply chain partners on QC procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' related engineering/QA experience.
• QA/quality control experience in manufacturing or production.
• ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Experience with chemical safety testing and CPSC regulations.
• Global regulatory labeling experience.
• Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, and RCA.
