🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Doctorate degree with at least 4 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Scientific, or
• An advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related biotechnology science field is
• Bring 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with increasing responsibility across quality
• Have at least 6 years of direct experience working in a regulated GMP environment, with a strong
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience managing staff, ideally with progressively broader
• Bring experience authoring or reviewing regulatory filings and related documentation, as well as
