Partner with operations/engineering to set meaningful quality metrics.
Drive manufacturing and supply chain partners to hit targets.
Manage third-party partners to ensure end-to-end quality coverage.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Product/Supplier/NPI/Manufacturing Quality (electronics preferred).
Quality, reliability, supplier mgmt, SPC, Cpk/Ppk, auditing; Minitab.
Hands-on across NPI phases: proto to mass production.
Professional English (B2+).
Strong program management, communication, and teamwork.
Engineering degree (MS/BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related.
