Product Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive product quality from NPI through sustaining production.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Test, and Supply Chain to meet product quality KPIs.
• Provide manufacturing input to design/engineering for production readiness.
• Coordinate root cause analysis with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements; establish KPI metrics to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to troubleshoot failures and explore new manufacturing tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in product quality, field quality, or manufacturing engineering in high-tech operations.
• PCBA, subassembly, and system-level manufacturing; hardware validation and failure analysis.
• 8D, 5 Whys, DFx, PFMEA; reliability engineering principles.
• Data-driven with analytics dashboards and CM project management.
• Server/storage hardware debugging and ORT-based reliability testing experience.
